Here’s how it works:
Olax scans emails received in the last 72 hours (or any timeframe you set).
It processes each message one by one using AI (Gemini 2.0 Flash) to classify emails by subject and body text.
Custom categories are applied (e.g., promotions, notifications, invoices, travel, personal).
Low-priority emails (like social alerts or marketing offers) are marked as read or optionally deleted.
Important ones remain clearly labeled and easy to find.
If any error occurs in the process, Olax continues working—no breakdowns, no interruptions.

2. Daily Summary on WhatsApp
Goal: Keep you informed with a short, clean digest of your important emails.
Here’s what happens each evening at 9:00 PM:
Olax collects emails from key categories (consulting, creative work, invoices, personal, support).
It pulls out the sender, subject, and message content.
AI generates a simple, well-structured summary:
Grouped by category
Uses asterisks for bold formatting so it’s easy to skim
Includes a fallback message like “No important emails today” if your inbox is clear
