Nodi is built to fully automate your daily planning and task management using a powerful combination of tools—without needing you to manage anything manually.

Here’s how it works:

1. Task Creation via Telegram

You message a private Telegram bot with your task (text or audio).
Nodi extracts and stores key info automatically:

  • Task title

  • Priority level

  • Deadline and estimated time

  • Description and labels

  • Scheduled time (optional)

Everything is saved in a structured database (Supabase), and GPT-4.1 helps process your input into clean, searchable records.

Want to update a task? Just message the bot. Example: “Update task 48 to low priority.”

2. Auto-Scheduling in Google Calendar

Every weekday morning at 9:00 AM, Nodi checks:

  • What day it is

  • Which tasks are still pending

  • What time slots you actually have available

Based on that, it:

  • Reschedules missed tasks

  • Prioritizes based on urgency

  • Creates up to 5 events per day so you’re not overwhelmed

Google Calendar is updated automatically through direct integration.

3. Evening Task Review

At 6:30 PM each day, Nodi checks in with you via Telegram:

  • What did you complete?

  • What’s still in progress?

  • Do you need more time?

  • Should a deadline change?

Based on your answers, it updates statuses, reschedules where needed, and increases urgency if deadlines are approaching.

4. Smart Priority Logic

Tasks are organized using an urgency score from 0 to 100.
This score is calculated from your priority settings and approaching deadlines, so Nodi always knows what matters most.

5. Closed-Loop System

The entire cycle runs automatically—task creation, scheduling, review, and rescheduling.
You just talk to your bot, and Nodi takes care of the rest.
